"Flames of war"
Hey
Here comes the stuff for you who are bored on sitting infront of a FH2 and getting owned by Beaufighter while you got tiger !
www.flamesofwar.com
"What’s a Miniatures Game
Flames Of War is a World War II miniatures game.
What is a miniatures game you may ask? Well it’s simply a tabletop game where you control armies of painted miniature tanks, infantry and guns against an opponent’s force. Games are fought between two players where each player takes turns to move, shoot and fight with their miniatures aided by simple rules, dice and tape measures.
Flames Of War is a games that allows you to recreate the battles of World War II using miniatures figurines, and so experience the war from the point of view of a front-line company commander. "
"Your miniatures troops will move about the tabletop battlefield, taking cover from enemy fire and then blasting back in return. Sometimes they will abandon you as soon as the going gets tough. "
"But by using the sort of tactics and cunning that a real-life commander would, you and your miniatures soldiers will fight their way to victory after victory! "
Simply its a desktop wargame, where you gather bunch of small models, figures and than put it on a battlefield. And than you play after strictly rules which are in the books you can buy.
The producent of this wargame offers just uncountable number of stuff - from models, to books, scenarios, paint, and lot of other stuff.
For beginers there is a starter set with a books explaining everything and some models.

Re: "Flames of war"
thanks doppie
I like the coulerfull figures of the Warhammer seriers. Once I bought a set from Flames of war with 20 SS Soldiers- but somehow after the 4th figure its too monotone- and the change between 5cm to about 1 cm is to hard
Ill show you another pic of tank with the commander in the afternoons
