battlefield 1942 server problem work around

Hi, I am sure everyone has already found their own fix for the server problems in bf 1942,
if not you can load the ip address of any server in Xfire, and launch the game, also game tracker lite
works the same, to keep the pc from locking up I hit alt-f4 to return to the next server, hope 'they'
get it fixed soon...)

i use the qtracker server browser in the meantime. or the shortcut, ike suggested:
