A negative hslan experience

I was playing on the hslan FH2 server today as I usually do. Map was Mersa Matruh and I was flying the Stuka. The first time I was taking off some guy called 'grosermieserm' (yeah I actually wrote down the name before I left) was trying to pistol me out of the cockpit. As he didnt achieve that I didnt report it. As I was landing to rearm though, he was first shooting at the plane with an AT rifle, then standing in front of it so that I overran him (punished the TK of course). As I saw him TKing other people waiting for planes before, I reported that he was TKing for planes and standing in front of them. Some admin gave him a last warning. Next time I had to rearm again, he was ready with a 222 and blew me up. I reported it again, seeing that he had had his last warning and was not willing to stop his behaviour. So this is where the negative side of things starts: At first nobody was responding to my second request to have him kicked, as I asked if I was recognized all that was coming from the admin was a coolly "what man". So I explained myself again, while grosermieserm wrote some stuff in german that i of course didnt understand. I guess he denied things though, seeing that the admin threatened to kick us both if we didnt 'shut up'. As I didnt want to give in with my plane being stolen and grosermieserm starting to insult me in english, I tried further to get my point across. after another 'one word architect' and a 'bwahahahah' or something from groser, I was totally fed up and dicouraged to stay on the server for any longer. I explained how I found it totally unacceptible that a player that made himself guilty of a DEFINITIVE infriction of rules and had his last warning, further insulting the person that he was TKing, was allowed to stay further on the server and that even me, the VICTIM, was threatened to be kicked. after that i left the server, which was just some minutes ago. i did NOT insult anyone, I was COMPLETELY objective and this is my reward. im not trying to bash hslan, i think youre doing a great job for the most part, but today you let some retard spoil my gaming experience.

Ok to clarify some things. The Admin who warned him was me. The admin who, if i follow you correctly, said "what man?", must have been tulit or koelsch. others havent been on the server to that time. Unfortunately, I didn't recognize your other complaints. I'm sorry for that. I must have overseen it in the chat. But I promise you we will have a look on that guy in the future. thanks for your report, and we hope you are able to enjoy our serve soon again

I let the manager program in the run reason behind, these people so that I can immediately kick.

alright thanks guys. i now suggest you ban him right away though. he was on the server again today and was randomly teamkilling people and swearing at them (especially me of course). sadly there was no admin around.
