Battlerecorder still not working?

Is set always on or have i missed something? this is my fourth try at getting one of the files, still to no avail...

I think we have temporary disabled it due to server stability issues. At least it was discussed, but i don't know if it was done now or not ..

Oh, how long has it been disabled? I've tried a little while after the original problem (on April 7)

well it still shows the replays in the main menu, you just can't download them.

what do you try to get them ?

i just click the little download button, and i get a reply that says that it cant find the file on the (server?) im goin from memory

This is the public ftp but when you want to download a file it gives an 403 error (access denied).

okay, is solved in 10 min. i forgot to change the filepermissions

It works now I just tested it.

Use this link http://88.198.52.198/rotate_demo/ and you will find all battlerecorder files since 2nd of March of this year.

The files are saved under the roundtimes and not mapnames. Start FH2 and go to the communitytab > recorderfiles.
On the left you will see a list of rounds you played. Write down the date and roundtime of the map you want to download and go to the link above.

For example I want to download the Luttich round I played yesterday evening:

Write down date and time>

Go to http://88.198.52.198/rotate_demo/ press Ctrl+F and type, in my case, 10-may-2010 21:00

Download it and place it in your demos folder, start fh2 open communitytab and on the rightside you will see the correct mapname.

yeah that might be a while. for some reason, gamerOSD keeps going in and out.

i want to get fraps for my recording (not cheap but higher res & actual sound) but i'm still debating.

Thank you so much for storing all these recordings so long ! I wish I would have know this earlier.
Now I can try to make a heroic movie out of my 6 Pounder action at Sidi Muftah yesterday
