High ping

Hallo

My friends from Poland are using "Neostrada" for connecting with Internet. This is the biggest telephone and internet provider in Poland ~50% of internet users use Neostrada. (I use local provider)

On tuesday while playing Bardia about 16:00 suddenly every one who use Neostrada [Paythoss, Mati, Clavish and lots of other Polish players] got high ping - over 200. And it is till today. Someone try play, but you know how coll is playing with ping 200. They called to support for info, but they don`t have any accident and everything should work fine. They tried to play on other servers Forgotten soldiers, MRS Rnaked, 762 ect. And ping is normal- about 50-70 as it was before.

Can anyone help them, maby you changed someting in hslan settings. Playing with high ping is impossibe.

i don't think that we can change settings for you. when you say that every who is using your privoder has the same problems, i think it is your provider who has to bring back their Net(i think maybe their backbone) in right place.

But i don`t think this is problem from their provider, in other servers everything is going ok.
I don`t want you to change settings, I just ask did you changed anything wich can unstabilize their ping.

This is really annoing to play with 200pingers because other players have higher ping too.

hm, i monitor our server over month ago, and the ping is round about 20ms.

Our server is fine. I have a steady ping of 120-130 (USA)

i know... my ping is 175 here in pensacola florida

Nothing changed in the server settings. We can not tell about our provider though. Maybe a routing problem that we have already had some time ago with players from countrys/areas south of germany. Maybe this time it is an eastern routing problem...

Yesterday my ping was 13.

I use local provider and my ping is always 35-40.
I don`t know what do do with this "Neostrada". Sith...
